Who this policy covers

This policy applies to this website and to enquiries sent to us through it or by email to contact@whitewellsengineering.com. It does not cover information exchanged under a separate signed engagement, which is governed by the confidentiality terms of that engagement.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence is retained only for as long as it remains relevant to the enquiry or to an ongoing or prospective engagement, and for the period we are required to keep business records. Material that does not lead to an engagement is deleted once it is no longer needed.

This website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We apply access controls appropriate to a professional services organisation. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and information is sent to us at your own discretion.
